TargetD64 Changes for V0.5.0

List of Changes

• x86_64 linux build is now default.
• Windows version still targets Windows XP but is only tested on Windows 10.
• Added support of rar archives (< V2.9).
• Moved TargetD64 repository to SourgeForge - all links adapted.
• Added resorting of extracted files of an archive in order to determine the most likely startup D64 image (e.g. xxx1 in a series of xxx[1-9]) because order of files in zip archive is often unsorted.
• Enabled read processing of 40 track disk images with unallocated directory blocks. Before an assert stopped processing.
• Revised solution and project for Visual Studio 2017.
• Adapted C++ sources to C++11 (throw specifier unsupported).

It seems that characters of exception text get lost when stderr is redirected in a file running in test suite. It does not happen when output is done in non redirected stderr.
CONCLUSION__:
Does not occur anymore, seems to be fixed soemwhere else.
